Highlights From The NM Excel Club Campout

The New Mexico Excel Club Fall Campout 2011 will go down in the history book as a wonderful time. This year we tried out a new spot in Bayfield, CO. Bayfield Riverside RV Park was beautiful. Fishing, walking trails and an alpaca (Al).
We had a chilie cook-off for dinner on Saturday night, and Friday Night Finger Foods on Sunday night... yip Sunday (but Sunday Night Finger Foods doesn't sound good). The town of Bayfield provided us entertainment with a sheep drive down the highway, and fireworks one night. The weather couldn't have been better! Warm and sunny each day, with cool evenings, making sitting around a campfire the perfect way to end each day.
