Wes and Spankie (it's always the dogs fault)

I got the below email and pictures today from Spankie..... Thanks for the funny story!


Here are the pictures. I am sure you heard the story, but we stopped to walk the dogs and Wes forgot to put the steps up (thank goodness it was Wes and not Spankie Lou). We went around a corner in Alb and caught the steps on a curb...we drove up to RV sales and Ralph said, "I've seen worse". But thank goodness Ralph could fix them and we were on our way!

The camping pictures are our Rio Rancho Good Sam group. We went to Carlsbad last weekend and froze during our "traditional" Sat morning pancake breakfast. Wes is pres of our Good Sam Group.

Here are some pictures of Bill out in his new Excel Winslow 28RLW. We thought everyone would enjoy seeing them! I also put in the part of his email that explains where he is.

Attached are a few pictures I took today of the new Winslow. They were taken in Lone Pine, California with the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the background. Mt Whitney is one of the peaks – it is the highest mountain in the continental United States at 14, 496 Ft. Lone Pine is also famous for the Alabama Hills in which over 300 old western movies were shot here by the Hollywood studios. The Lone Ranger, Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, etc. all did many movies done here. There is nice film museum in Lone Pine telling about all the films that have been done here.

My new Winslow has been great. I am really enjoying it.

Even with winter holding it’s grip on us, we have become rather busy at RV Sales. The service department is booking up, and we have sold a number of new and used trailers in the past few weeks.
Someday soon spring will be upon us and people will be pulling their trailers out for fun in the sun. That’s when we will really get busy. Please keep that in mind and call to schedule your service early!

Melissa and Kelly in their new Excel

Melissa and Kelly from TX spent a few days with us a couple weeks ago. They had just bought a new truck and were so excited to pick up their "new" 26 foot Excel!
Ralph spent some time educating them about hitching up, leveling and towing. We wish them happy travels!
